Accessibility Statement – United Kingdom

1. OUR COMMITMENT

1.1 LOKE is committed to making its websites and apps accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We want every customer to be able to browse menus, place orders, pay and use loyalty programs independently.

1.2 This statement applies in the United Kingdom to LOKE’s own websites, including www.loke.global, and to the ordering, payment and loyalty apps and websites that LOKE provides for Merchants under their brands. It reflects our commitment to make reasonable adjustments for disabled people under the Equality Act 2010.

2. STANDARD WE AIM TO MEET

2.1 We aim to conform to Level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, published by the World Wide Web Consortium. These guidelines explain how to make digital content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, hearing, motor and cognitive disabilities.

3. WHAT WE DO

3.1 To support accessibility, we:

3.2 consider accessibility when we design and build new features, including colour contrast, text size, keyboard navigation and labels for screen readers;

3.3 support the accessibility features built into iOS and Android, such as VoiceOver, TalkBack, dynamic text sizing and reduced motion;

3.4 test our websites and apps with automated tools and manual checks, including with assistive technologies, and fix issues we find;

3.5 train our design, development and support teams on accessibility; and

3.6 work with Merchants to help them provide accessible menu content, such as text descriptions and alt text for images.

4. KNOWN LIMITATIONS

4.1 We are continually improving, and some content may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA. In particular:

4.2 some content is provided by Merchants, such as menu descriptions, images and documents, and may not include full text alternatives;

4.3 some features rely on third-party services that we do not control, such as payment forms provided by our payment processor, embedded maps and social media content; and

4.4 older versions of browsers, operating systems and assistive technologies may not be fully supported.

4.5 If you have difficulty with any of these, please contact us and we will help.

5. HELP PLACING AN ORDER

5.1 If you cannot use an app or website to place an order because of a disability, please contact the Merchant directly, for example by phone or in store, and it will help you place your order. You can also contact us using the details below, and we will help you or put you in touch with the Merchant.

6. FEEDBACK AND CONTACT

6.1 We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of our websites and apps. If you encounter a barrier, need information in an alternative format, or have a suggestion, please contact us at support@loke.global, with “Accessibility” in the subject line. Please tell us the website or app and the page or feature you were using, and describe the problem.

6.2 We aim to acknowledge your message within two working days and to respond with a proposed solution or next steps within ten working days.

7. ENFORCEMENT

7.1 If you are not happy with how we respond to your feedback, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS) at www.equalityadvisoryservice.com.
